Our 8000 m2 plant in Epping in the Cape, boasts state of the art equipment, training facilities, research & development laboratories and Quality control ranking us the 3rd largest spice supplier to the meat processing industry in South Africa. We have a World Class Quality Assurance program, a HACCP accredited/ISO 22000 implementation program and are both Kosher and Halaal accredited.

After inspecting facilities and products of only the best of the individual handpicked suppliers world-wide, we take them through a comprehensive, repeated quality control program making sure that every ingredient passes stringent scientific tests before becoming part of our inventory. We test their physical properties, such as granulation, oil content and moisture, their organoleptic properties such as aroma, smell, taste and texture.
