- Cook the pasta in 3 litres boiling water and salt, until al dente for ±10-15 minutes.
- Strain off the water, rinse under cold water immediately, add the oil to prevent the pasta from sticking together.
- Heat the oil in a large pot, fry the onions and garlic until slightly browned. Add the shrimps.
- Add SPAGHETTI BOLOGNAISE sachet and tomatoes.
- Gradually add the milk. Stir continuously until mixture boils.
- Reduce heat and simmer for ±10-15 minutes, stir occasionally, until sauce thickens.
- Add the lemon juice and coriander.
- Let the sauce cool down then add the mayonnaise, mix through.
- Combine sauce and pasta.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
