Cold Shrimp & Coriander Pasta Salad

Ingredients
Pasta Sauce

Butter/Margarine
Onions, finely chopped
Garlic, finely chopped
Shrimps
SPAGHETTI BOLOGNAISE R/P (sachet)
Tomatoes, chopped (1 can)
Milk
Lemon Juice
Coriander, freshly chopped
Mayonnaiseed

Method
  1. Cook the pasta in 3 litres boiling water and salt, until al dente for ±10-15 minutes.
  2. Strain off the water, rinse under cold water immediately, add the oil to prevent the pasta from sticking together.
  3. Heat the oil in a large pot, fry the onions and garlic until slightly browned. Add the shrimps.
  4. Add SPAGHETTI BOLOGNAISE sachet and tomatoes.
  5. Gradually add the milk. Stir continuously until mixture boils.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer for ±10-15 minutes, stir occasionally, until sauce thickens.
  7. Add the lemon juice and coriander.
  8. Let the sauce cool down then add the mayonnaise, mix through.
  9. Combine sauce and pasta.
  10. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
