Lean beef mince
Onions, finely chopped
MARRAKESH MEATBALLS R/P
Water
Coriander, finely chopped
Oil
DELI SWEET CHILLI MARINADE

Method
  1. In a large bowl, mix the mince meat, onions, MARRAKESH MEATBALLS sachet, water and coriander together.
  2. Weigh out and roll balls of 80g each (±35 balls).
  3. Lightly coat the meatballs with the oil.
    Bake until lightly browned and cooked through for ±20minutes at 160°C.
  4. Remove the meatballs from the oven.
  5. Place in a clean insert and coat each meatball with the SWEET CHILLI MARINADE.
