From our humble beginning in 1980 under the helm of our founder & now Chairman of the group, Walter Haller, we have grown into one of the most respected premier spice companies in South Africa. Still a family run business - in its 31st year, we remain dedicated to creativity, quality, food safety and service; specialising in herbs, spices, blends, sauces, glazes, marinades, breading, soup bases and convenience foods. Our 8000 m2 plant in Epping in the Cape, boasts state of the art equipment, training facilities, research & development laboratories and Quality control ranking us the 3rd largest spice supplier to the meat processing industry in South Africa. We have a World Class Quality Assurance program, a HACCP accredited/ISO 22000 implementation program and are both Kosher and Halaal accredited.
